Eden Hazard To Arsenal - Wenger had it all for him.

In a matter of time we could be a major supplier of promising young talents to the world.

Arsenal being chased by young stars and playing with Arsenal was a dream come true for most of them.

More and more teams had played their young players in order to replace their ageing players and at the same time to give them a chance to become one of the best player with sufficient experienced.

Does this trend will be followed by most of the countries in the world during the world cup 2014?

It will be in reality as we had witnessed it during the world cup in Africa 2010.

Malaysia had adapt this approach and won the AFF Suzuki Cup 2010 in Jakarta, with most of the player with an average of age 23 years old. It's really works for us and these players will move on without fear in future.

I wonder football will more interesting with lots of young and fresh players, tactically the games will be more faster and much more entertaining.

Young blood with more passion to move forward in whatever field that you need that them to do will boost the games with more power to advance.

We have seen more youngster in the premier league in which striving their will and effort to be recognized to the world.

Furthermore, it seems to be more clubs is interested in signing the young players who had a very good potential to shines in future.

Chamakh had proved to be one of the player who had put his destiny with Arsenal.

The next players who will be joining soon could be Eden Hazard where his own intention and passion to play with Arsenal had reached to the limit.

Arsenal played their first FA Cup in this season against Leeds United yesterday had shown how these youngster fighting for their glory.

It's not a bad game after all, even though Arsenal nearly been kicked out from the competition. Well, maybe most of the fans bit angry perhaps with below par Andrey Arshavin.

Wenger did not make such mistakes in his decision to line up those youngster but with only a bit few more player's understanding and their team work efficiency then it will be much perfect.

Could you imagine on how Sanchez Watt played against his own team at the age of 19 years old for Leeds United?

We might be proud of him and his commitment while playing with Leeds United might turns us a bit amused with his kind of talent trying to knock off his own team.

The introduction of young players throughout the world has been started long long ago with most of the clubs setting up their youth academy in order to produce future talent.

But the beginning of introduction to staged these youngsters starts in the late 90's.

Now the new era of youth players revolution has comes to the day where such necessities are so important and very vital factor to generate more advance development in the history of football or soccer industry.

You may speak from now on.......'World's Best Manager'.

This development had been recognized well when our Prof had been officially awarded world’s best manager over the past decade.

Wenger topped the table in which complied by the ‘International Football Federation of History & Statistics’ (IFFHS) – an organisation recognised by FIFA.

The 61-year-old, whose team have not won any silverware in six years, earned 156 points while Ferguson was second (148) and Real Madrid’s Mourinho followed in third (135).

'It is admirable how he has repeatedly moulded young players into an attacking and technically brilliant way of play.'

IFFHS – Top 10 managers 2001-2010

1. Arsene Wenger France 156
2. Sir Alex Ferguson Scotland 148
3. Jose Mourinho Portugal 135
4. Fabio Capello Italy 120

I would say, apart from Jose Mourinho being the special one and don't you think it is time for Mourinho to drop such proclamation and let Wenger wear the belt where it is officially announced by IFFHS.

However, I would not bother much about the fake special one that Mourinho had and his special one will remain with his own till he be recognized one day.

Back with City latest buying on 24 year old Edin Dzeko where Eastlands now being flooded with more talented and young players in their squad.

Such buying if not been well taking care of with perfect future objective will be another waste of time and sadly will ruins these players future career.

I did wrote about how I had presumed Wenger as 'THE GREATEST FATHER OF ARSENAL' after what he had done to Arsenal and mostly guiding these young kids to be a bit more better and special from him.

And what being so special about Arsenal in the year of 2011 is because we are at the final stage where most of our young players had been certified to be able in delivering their duties without any doubts. Furthermore, we had enough back up line up too and always be available at any time when the time comes you need them.

That is where why most of the teams in premier league had realized that success won't come in an easy way and you can't turns everything in just overnight to make it happens.

Before the match against Leeds United in the FA Cup, I have read about KEN BATES a former Chelsea owner and now Leeds United.

So what's the beef with Wenger?

Bates admires Arsenal and reckons that appointing the Frenchman as manager was the only thing his arch-enemy, the former Gunners vice-chairman David Dein, ever got right.

But Bates just can't abide Wenger's moaning He said: "Arsenal are an institution, well run, well managed financially, conservatively operated and a great deal of applause goes to all those who run it. They don't go and buy success. They build.

Do you mind to talk much about silverware and title after what Wenger had done in which Arsenal are far more ready to chase as many title and championship after this.

Besides that, the sacking syndrome which took place recently with most of the managers lost their jobs because they could not delivered was simply a scary atmosphere in the premier league.

This issue was unacceptable by most of the managers who felt that it will damaged more to the clubs in future.

After such recognition to Wenger, we hope most of the clubs owner would changed their mind and even Terry Venable had suggest that 'Managers Window' to prevent such incidents happening again. At the same time, managers and their clubs will be able to pay respect with each other in good manner to settle the crisis.

Football in the premier league has comes to an age where advance massive transformation are much more needed to maintain itself as one of the most exciting league in the world.
